Design: A vertical shell and tube heat exchanger is used as the heating tube, and the separator is located at the upper part of the heat exchanger and circulation pump.


Operating principle: Through a circulation pump, the liquid circulates in the tube and is heated to overheating at a pressure higher than the normal boiling point of the liquid. After entering the separator, the pressure of the liquid rapidly decreases, causing some of the liquid to flash or boil rapidly. Due to the continuous circulation of the liquid, the flow rate and temperature in the tube can be controlled to meet the requirements of the product.


Characteristics: Long operating cycle - The boiling evaporation process is not carried out on the heating surface but in the separator. Therefore, the scaling phenomenon caused by crust and precipitation in the pipeline is minimized; Optimized heat exchange surface - The flow rate inside the tube is determined by the circulation pump.


Application scope: Suitable for scaling prone liquids, high viscosity liquids, as a high concentrator in multi effect evaporation devices; The forced circulation evaporator is very suitable for use as a crystallization evaporator for salt solutions.


The forced circulation evaporator is used for the concentration of sodium chloride, sodium sulfate, ammonium chloride, glycine, phenylpropanoic acid, zinc sulfate, calcium chloride, ammonium sulfate, sodium hydroxide, and materials with high viscosity and concentration that are prone to scaling, such as tomato sauce, jam, fruit pulp juice, and high concentration sugar solutions.
