1、 Overview: The DTB type crystallizer is a typical slurry internal circulation crystallizer, which can be divided into two types according to different material process routes: evaporative crystallization and cooling crystallization. According to material properties and energy-saving considerations, it can be divided into multi-stage flash evaporation crystallizer and multi-stage cooling crystallizer. It is widely used in crystallization operations in industries such as chemical, food, pharmaceutical, pesticide, etc. The DTB type crystallizer is heated by a heater and enters the vacuum evaporation separation crystallization chamber for evaporation to achieve supersaturation. Due to the installation of an internal guide tube in the crystallizer, a circulation channel is formed, which provides good mixing conditions for the crystal slurry. Only a very low pressure head is needed to achieve good internal circulation in the crystallizer. High flow velocity can be maintained on each flow section, and the crystal slurry density is high. During evaporation crystallization, the degree of supersaturation at the boiling interface can be quickly eliminated, and the supersaturation of the solution can be kept at a relatively low level. It is particularly suitable for products with steep solubility curves. The DTB type crystallizer has good performance, high production intensity, and can produce larger grain size. It is not easy to form scars inside the crystallizer and is the main component of the continuous crystallizer.
2、 Structural composition: The DTB type evaporative crystallizer is mainly composed of a heat exchanger, a crystallization separation chamber, a condenser, a circulation tube, a circulation pump, a slurry pump, a vacuum pump, a control system, etc; According to the difference in material concentration and production capacity, it can be divided into first effect, second effect, and third effect evaporative crystallizers.
