The GEA fluidized bed dryer comes with both drying and cooling capabilities, making it ideal for simultaneous operation in multiple drying and cooling stages. The equipment can be designed for high temperature environments and can adopt a fully metallic, washable design. Contact heat pipes or plates can be used in combination with non polymer materials. Compared with ordinary fluidized beds, this design can significantly reduce air flow, improve thermal efficiency, and reduce electricity consumption.
